Effective for new weddings requiring only photographers time and digital files

This service will include my photography time, copyright release and either high res JPEG files or 4 x 6 prints. Since I photograph digitally (Canon 5D and 20D cameras) in the RAW format, all images are fully color and density correct using the latest Adobe Camera Raw software and Photoshop CS3, to ensure consistancy.

Pricing...

Base fee of $500.00

Plus an hourly charge of $175.00/hour (up to five hours).

Photography starts one hour prior to your ceremony.

Expect 40-50 images per hour.

All fees are paid prior to your wedding.

Image files are provided within four weeks after your wedding date.

You may later choose to have a custom designed album for an additional charge.

4 x 6... $5.00 each
5 x 7... 7.50 each
8 x 10... 15.00 each
11 x 14... 65.00 each (card mounted and lacquer finished)
16 x 20... 95.00 each (card mounted and lacquer finished)
20 x 24... 135.00 each (card mounted and lacquer finished)

Retouching is additional on all images.

Important... All prices are subject to the 5.6% Milwaukee area and Wisconsin sales tax. A monetary retainer of approximately 1/2 of the base plus 1/2 of your selected time and a signed contract are required to hold your wedding date. The balance plus sales tax is due one month prior to your wedding date.

Each wedding collection includes…

Richard’s time on your wedding day—commencing 1 to 2 hours prior to your ceremony, along with a pre-wedding planning opportunity. Either 4 x 6 previews or a thumbnail image magazine of photos created on your wedding day, this is used to aid in making your selections. An image CD of screen resolution images—one for you and one for each set of parents. A complete album including your selected images, as described in your coverage plan. Additional pages of photographs are $50.00 each side. Additional hours for any collection are at $250.00 per hour. The Premiere and Contemporary Collections are full day coverages and include Richard's time and a complete album with photographs as described.

Essential services... are those that are a part of every wedding—concentrating mostly on the Bride and Groom—their interaction with each other, their families and the Bridal party. Images created prior to and during your cermony, along with those captured later at the ceremony venue and park are those most cherished by every couple.

While dinner and reception activity are nice photos to have—these usually comprise less than 20% of the images used in your album, but cost the same in photographers time and materials as those created earlier in the day. You can save up to $1,300 by eliminating the later-in-the-day images from your professional photography.

Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony and formals following your ceremony:

Five to six hours of Richard’s time on your wedding day.

4 x 6 original prints or a thumbnail image magazine of photos created on your wedding day.

An image CD of screen resolution photos.

Approximately 75 images (magazine style in varied sizes) in up to a 30 page 10 x 10 Storybook Gallery album.

High resolution files on completion of the album(s).

Additional 4 x 6 paper proof set of all the images created are $500.00—yours to keep.

Cameo Collection Plus... $1695.00

For the intimate afternoon wedding:

Three to four hours of Richard’s time on your wedding day.

4 x 6 original prints or a thumbnail image magazine of photos created on your wedding day.

Approximately 50 images (magazine style in varied sizes) in up to a 20 page 10 x 10 Storybook Gallery album.

High resolution files on completion of the album(s).

Additional 4 x 6 paper proof set of all the images created are $350.00—yours to keep..

Full day coverages...

Premiere Collection... $3695.00

The complete coverage for the Bride & Groom:

Nine to ten hours of Richard’s time on your wedding day.

4 x 6 original prints or a thumbnail image magazine of photos created on your wedding day.

Image CD's of screen resolution photos.

Approximately 150 images (magazine style in varied sizes) in up to a 50 page 10 x 10 Storybook Gallery album.

High resolution files on completion of the album(s).

Additional 4 x 6 paper proof set of all the images created are $950.00—yours to keep.

Contemporary Collection... $3195.00

Complete coverage for a wedding starting the later in the day:

Seven to eight hours of Richard’s time on your wedding day.
4 x 6 original prints or a thumbnail image magazine of photos created on your wedding day.
Image CD's of screen resolution photos.
Approximately 120 images (magazine style in varied sizes) in up to a 40 page 10 x 10 Storybook Gallery album.
High resolution files on completion of the album(s).
Additional 4 x 6 paper proof set of all the images created are $750.00—yours to keep..

Important... All prices are subject to the 5.6% Milwaukee area and Wisconsin sales tax. A monetary retainer of approximately 1/3 of your selected coverage and a signed contract are required to hold your wedding date. A second retainer is due three months prior to your wedding date. Full payment of the balance due is made on delivery of the original materials. The album included in a collection must be ordered within 6 months of your wedding date or it will be forfeited - no substitution or monetary credit will be given.
